| Due to the effects on the business environment caused by COVID19, we are aware that many dealers are concerned about cash flow and have also needed to make staffing changes that affect Professionals program awards. As a result, we have made the difficult decision of putting the Professionals program on hold. The monthly Professionals enrollment fee and award costs have been suspended. The awards earned in January, which arrived at dealers in March, were the last to ship. All other awards and Professionals program materials (e.g., gift cards, plaques, patches, etc.) are not available until the program resumes.
